What is your return policy?
We offer a money back guarantee for all unopened/sealed bottles less shipping and handling charges for 60 days after the purchase. If you are not pleased with your product, please return all sealed and resalable bottles to:

Please include a packing slip or full name, address, email, and phone number.  All returns will be processed within a week of arriving at our facility.  We recommend that you send all returns with a delivery confirmation.  Any package that has no proof of delivery will not be credited.  We do not refund shipping and handling charges.  A package that is considered resalable must have both the outer and inner seal intact.  Your refund will be credited to the credit card account or paypal account that was used for payment. No refunds will be given for returns later than 60 days after the purchase.

My order never arrived.
Please check your tracking link in your shipment notification email to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at contact@biocentials.com for assistance.

How long until the Package arrives?
We ship within 48 hours. First class takes an additional 3-5 business days, Priority Mail is 2-3 business days and Priority Mail International is 6-14 business days once it has been shipped.

Do you ship to my country?
During checkout we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
