I have tried numerous diet pills in the past, coupled with diet and excercise but have not noticed any significant weight loss until I tried this product.  I need to lose about 40llbs before my wedding in September so tried this product as a last attempt.  As I am currently recovering from a back operation I am not able to exercise at all.  During my first week I lost  staggering 8 lbs and the noticable loss motivated to continue with this product, I did watch what I ate also, bt jst reduced my portion sizes rather than ate lettuce all day.  I wold definately advocate this product, however I have only used it for two weeks so far.
